1. Overview of the Subscription Program
Our Subscribe & Save program offers discounted pricing for customers who choose to receive recurring deliveries of our products. Participation is optional. By selecting a subscription plan at checkout, you agree to the terms outlined below.
These terms are compliant with:
• The Federal Trade Commission’s Negative Option Rule
• Shopify’s Subscription Policy
• Visa/Mastercard subscription billing requirements
• Applicable consumer protection laws
We keep this program transparent, cancelable, and easy to manage at all times.
2. First Order & Discount Eligibility
The Subscribe & Save discount applies only to orders placed under an active subscription.
To prevent misuse of the discounted price (such as subscribing only to cancel immediately), the following condition applies:
If a subscription is canceled before the first order ships, the entire order will be automatically canceled and refunded.
3. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting support.
However, cancellation affects your order differently depending on timing:
A. Canceling Before Shipment
• If you cancel before your first order ships,
• Your order will be canceled and refunded in full.
• No product will be shipped.
• No future subscription charges will occur.
B. Canceling After Shipment
• If you cancel after your first order ships,
• The initial order will still be delivered as normal.
• Future subscription renewals will be canceled.
• You will not be charged again.
4. Renewal Charges
If you keep your subscription active after the first shipment, you authorize Tolkoni to automatically charge the payment method on file at the selected renewal interval.
Before every renewal, you will receive:
• an email reminder of the upcoming charge, and
• a link to manage or cancel your subscription.
5. Shipping & Delivery Rules
• Subscription orders follow the same shipping timelines as standard orders.
• Once an order is shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
• If the shipment cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the carrier may return the package to us. In such cases, we will contact you with next-step options.
6. Refunds
Refunds for canceled subscriptions follow normal Shopify payment processing timelines (typically 3–10 business days depending on the bank).
7. Customer Responsibilities
By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to:
• provide accurate billing and shipping information
• ensure your payment method remains valid
• review all subscription emails regarding renewals
• understand the terms regarding cancellation timing
Because cancellation before shipment triggers a full order cancellation, it is the customer’s responsibility to manage their subscription prior to fulfillment if they do not wish to proceed.
